Payment, Refund, Warranty, and Exchange Guidelines
Standard terms and conditions that apply to clients of Danico Sarl/llc, an interior design firm located in UAE – Sharjah and Togo-Lome.
Payment Conditions
1.1 The prices indicated in the Project Quotation for projects include value-added taxes (VAT), which are the responsibility of the Client. The Client is required to provide an upfront payment equal to the agreed-upon value with the designer. Commencement of the project is contingent upon settlement of the upfront payment.
1.2 Danico Sarl/llc , a renowned Interior Design Company, commits to delivering projects within the specified timeframe agreed upon in the contract.
1.3 Upon the signing of the Contract by both parties and settlement of the upfront payment, as detailed in Clauses 1.1, 1.2, and 2.1 below, the project establishes a binding agreement between Danico Sarl/llc and the Client.
Project Termination
2.1 Danico Sarl/llc Interior Design reserves the authority to terminate the Project if the Client fails to respond to our designers within 14 days from the Project Confirmation date, even after completing the upfront payment.
2.2 If the Client opts to terminate the project within 24 hours from the Project Confirmation date, Danico Sarl/llc will reimburse the Client’s payment, excluding credit card bank charges (2.05%).
2.3 The Client’s cancellation, exchange, or return requests for Goods customized to their specifications (e.g., fabrics, curtains, mattresses) identified as “Special Order/s” will not be accepted.
2.4 Danico Sarl/llc bears no responsibility for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or carriers.
3-Warranty Coverage
3.1 Danico Sarl/llc Interior Design provides a one-year warranty that encompasses any project defects.
3.2 This warranty becomes void if defects are addressed by third-party entities or if non-genuine parts are utilized for repairs.
4-Force Majeure
Force Majeure denotes unforeseeable circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters, governmental actions, conflicts, labor disputes, pandemics, and other unforeseen incidents. Neither party bears responsibility for non-performance arising from Force Majeure events.
5-Legal Governance and Jurisdiction
The regulations outlined in this document are governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these regulations shall be adjudicated within the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

Upon Contract Signature from both parties and settlement of the upfront payment, in alignment with Clauses 1.1, 1.2, and 2.1 provided below, the project establishes a binding agreement between Danico Sarl/llc and the Client.
2-How We Acquire Your Personal Data
We may collect and process your Personal Data through various means, including:

2.2 If the Client chooses to cancel the project within 24 hours from the Project Confirmation date, Danico Sarl/llc will refund the Client’s payment, excluding credit card bank charges (2.05%).
2.3 The Client’s cancellations, exchanges, or returns for Goods tailored to their specifications (e.g., fabrics, curtains, mattresses) labeled as “Special Order/s” will not be accepted.
2.4 Danico Sarl/llc does not assume responsibility for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, or carriers.
3-How We Employ Your Personal Data
